ParkPlate Terms of Use
These terms describe the basic rules for using ParkPlate. Last updated September 14, 2026.
Using ParkPlate
ParkPlate is a festival food companion that helps users browse menu information, track tried items, submit ratings and photo reviews, create plans, and report incorrect information. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Accounts
You need an account to use ParkPlate features. You agree to provide accurate account information and to contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
User Content
You are responsible for photos, reviews, ratings, reports, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you allow ParkPlate to host, display, moderate, edit for formatting, and use it to operate and improve the app.
Moderation
ParkPlate may review, approve, reject, remove, or limit user-submitted content. We may remove content that is unrelated, inaccurate, inappropriate, misleading, unsafe, private, infringing, or otherwise harmful to the app experience.
Menu Information
Festival menus, prices, item availability, descriptions, and locations can change. ParkPlate aims to keep information useful and current, but it may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
Independent Service
ParkPlate is an independent app and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any park, festival, venue, venue operator, or related company. Names of parks, festivals, locations, or brands may be used only to identify relevant real-world information.
Changes and Availability
We may update ParkPlate, change features, restrict access, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms as the app evolves.
