ParkPlate Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ParkPlate handles account, review, photo, report, and support information. Last updated September 14, 2026.

Information We Collect

Account information, such as your email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and account status.
App activity you choose to create, including tried items, ratings, written reviews, festival plans, photo reviews, and incorrect item reports.
Photos you upload for reviews or reports, along with related moderation status and timestamps.
Basic technical information needed to operate the app, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, and understand app reliability.

To provide ParkPlate features such as authentication, menu browsing, tried item tracking, ratings, review moderation, photo uploads, reports, and planning tools.
To moderate user-submitted photos, reviews, and correction reports before they appear publicly or affect public ratings.
To respond to support, account deletion, data access, and correction requests.
To protect the service, investigate errors, and improve app quality.

Submitted photos, reviews, and reports may be reviewed before they are published or acted on.
Approved reviews and photos may be visible to other ParkPlate users with the related menu item.
Reports of incorrect information may be used to verify and update menu details.

ParkPlate uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services.
Platform providers such as Apple may process information related to app installation, TestFlight, purchases, crash reporting, or device-level services according to their own policies.

You can choose not to upload photos, submit reviews, or create reports.
You may delete your account from the Profile screen in the ParkPlate app. If you cannot access the app, you may request help by emailing support from the address associated with your ParkPlate account.
Some data may be retained when needed for security, legal, fraud prevention, moderation, or operational reasons.
